Summer Swinson is a seasoned marketing strategist, creative consultant, and founder of Electric Teal—a creative agency she has led for over a decade. With a degree from Full Sail University, where she graduated as Salutatorian, Summer built her early career in community engagement and brand awareness with major brands like Starbucks before launching her own business.

Over the years, she has partnered with small and mid-sized businesses across a wide range of industries, providing end-to-end marketing support including content creation, website strategy, social media management, SEO, advertising, and public relations. Her specialty lies in helping brands build intentional strategies rooted in their authentic voice, with a strong focus on relationship-building and audience connection.

Through Rosé & Hustle, the women-in-business community she founded, Summer now uses her experience to support other entrepreneurs—especially women—at every stage of their journey.

Personal Life

Summer lives in sunny Fort Lauderdale with her husband (a.k.a. soulmate) and their two beloved bunnies. She's currently on a journey toward better balance between hustle and wellness, spending time outdoors, nurturing her garden, and carving out space for activities that combine movement and mindfulness—like yoga and nature walks. She believes in building a life and business that feels aligned, sustainable, and joy-filled.
