Sponsorships & Swag
How to Partner with us as a Sponsor
Rosé & Hustle is built on connection, collaboration, and community. Our sponsorship opportunities are designed to be true partnerships—not just logo placement, but intentional moments where your business gets to connect meaningfully with women entrepreneurs across South Florida.
We offer several ways to support our growth while gaining visibility, brand trust, and authentic engagement with our audience.
Ways to Get InvolvedSwag Contributions (Approved & Curated)
Swag is a big part of the Rosé & Hustle experience—but it’s done thoughtfully. Our swag bags are curated to feel intentional, useful, and aligned with our community.
What to Know:
Swag must be approved in advance.
Items may need to be relevant to the theme of the event.
Your branding must be clearly visible on the item or packaging.
We do not accept free consultations as swag.
Preferred Swag Options:
Coupons for a 100% free item
Gift cards
Sample products
One branded promo item per bag (pens, notebooks, stress balls, etc.)
These contributions are meant to create genuine marketing and connection moments—not filler items.
Additional Swag Guidelines:
Networking event swag bags are limited to 4 contributors total to ensure each business gets its moment.
Minimum of 20 swag pieces per networking event.
Leftover swag bags are used creatively in post-event marketing and will continue to receive exposure.
We feature content about swag items and the contributing businesses before and after the event.
Ways to Get Involved
Swag Best Practices for Contributors
To get the most out of your contribution, keep these best practices in mind:
Know the audience: Our community is primarily women in business in their mid-20s to early 40s, based in South Florida. Most are solopreneurs or small business owners.
Brand visibility matters: Make sure your business name and branding are clearly present on the item or included with it.
Align with your business story: Consider what your swag says about your brand—whether it represents goodwill, a sample of your product, or an introduction to your service.
Think beyond the basics: Reflect on conferences and expos you’ve attended. What items did you actually keep? What got tossed? Aim to be memorable, not forgettable.
Prioritize usefulness or delight: Practical, thoughtful, or fun items tend to have a longer life beyond the event.
Creativity is encouraged: Unique packaging, clever messaging, or an unexpected item can make a big impact.
